Coris and Bristle worms

I put some Cheato in my tank today after pruning the fuge. I feed my tangs and Rabbit fish Chaeto and Calurpa on a weekly baisis. Anyway, there were some small bristleworms in there and my Coris Wrasses went to town on them. They didn't last long at all.

Aren't bristleworms actually good for a sandbed? I know back in the day we thought they were the bane of reefkeeping, but it seems like they are our friends now?

Yes they are but live mostly in Live rock and not the sand bed. In my Sea horse tank, they would come out and compete for the food. I have never seen one out in the big tank, now I know why. I am sure they are in there and just come out at night, when the Coris' are buried away and asleep.

I spelled it that way to p!$$ of the grammar nazi!!!!!
