Correct flow for gig?

IMO this is too much flow on a permanent basis. Also clearly too turbulent.
I think the ideal condition would be a change between high and low flow like you would have with tides.

Also, that clown is way too big and too wild for this anemone.

The clown is usually not wild like that and doesn't go into it a lot.

My gigs get pounded with flow and love it. Twice as much flow as yours is showing.

He will do fine with that level of flow. They can do fine with lee or more. I just leave him be. As long as the fish does not dig into his mouth, he will be fine too.
