Cortez/Round Ray breeding in captivity

I have two cortez/round rays in an 180 gal salt water aquarium. The female is around 3 years old and the male around 2.5, the female looks as if she is holding eggs or maybe even babies in the area where her ovaries are located. There are no other signs of mating or even interest in mating. I've raised them from babies and my goal is to get them breeding, any advice or knowledge ?

what is the dimension of the tank ?

Rays are live bearing, they give birth to pups, no eggs.

Dimension is (roughly) 36", 24", 60". Since there's no signs of mating what exactly should I do? They're in a system with other fish too so I might add that the water quality has affected them in the past.
