You can try FW dips (pH and temp matched of course) and or formalin dips. Try to get the little guy to tolerate 30 minutes minimum or up to an hour (preferred).
Hes in a hyposalinty treatment tank right now getting treated for ICK. Seems like the ich is gone but still has cotton mouth. So just basically catch him and place him in a bucket of same temp and pH of the hospital tank, no acclimating? After the dip what do I do?
