Could a Blue Velvet Wrasse kill a Eibli Angel?

I just found my Eibli angelfish dead all of a sudden. I had never seen any of my fish acting aggresively towards one another, but now my bue velvet wrasse's tail has a chunk missing from it. I am wondering if for some reason they started to fight and the wrasse won. Any ideas?

Im sorry Ryan, I really have no idea.....but its always a possibility. I have had a bunch of damsels living in peace for years, one day they started killing eachother...no idea why. They carried onlike that for a day or two then all was fine....minus a couple damsels.

I have also seen the same with tangs, so it is a possibility.
