There aren't a whole lot of options if it was photographed in the Red Sea.
Looks like a very dark A. bicinctus

For this one I am sure that it is A. bicinctus

I love that top clown.

I will agree with Phil. I have a pair of darker, melanistic Bicinctus from the Red Sea. Looks almost like the top photo.
