How did you macro the ricordia so well?

I have a hard time shooting directly about my tank.

Due to the lighting and the reflection of the water.

Once again, great work!
 
Thanks..I was just experimenting with different ways and found that when i used a lens hood the light glare from shooting top down went away enough on that shot. Also the ricordia isnt directly under the light so there wasnt that much glarre to begin with.
 
I love that crab shot, something with the shadow then light and the black background is really pleasing. Very nice sounds all around as well.

Sorry for the double post but what are the other sizes of your 2 friends tanks?

a 450 and the other is the show tank at a LFS my friend just opened dont remember how much that one is.

The yellow tang isn't mine but i agree it looked hungry then its fat as a cow now.

I do, but only about once a month or so. not as much as I would like to. I will have to go check out your pics on there.
