I'm using a product called "Copper Power" to treat:
1. Swallowtail angel
2. 2 - ocellaris clowns
3. 2 - green chromis
4. 1 - lawnmower blennie
5. 1 - yellow watchman goby

the swallowtail and one clown were showing in display, so i moveed everyone to QT @ 1.022.
I have not had luck with hypo in past that is why i am trying a copper med. this time...AND theres no tang to cause internal harm to & no scalelesfish :)

1. How long do you keep the treatment going for? Bottle says 10 days, but i'm thinking longer?
2. bottle says to treat @ 2.5ppm copper level, but studies i've read say to treat @ 3.0ppm?
3. Is 1.022 good for salinity while in QT?

Thanks alot for any help! :)

Always follow the med manufacturer's recommendation. They know their med best.

Always use a measuring test kit (for copper) that is recommended by the med manufacturer.

Always keep the copper concentration according to that test kit, in the range recommended by the med manufacturer.

When you know the medication better than the manufacturer, you might consider modifying the drug, its application, and/or its concentration.

Your salinity is good.

Good luck! :D

I got red sea kit , it was their recc., and i dosed first @ 2.5ppm like bottle says, so i'll keep it there :)

Thank You!
