Cowfish and macro algae

Has anyone had any experience with the long horn cowfish and macro algae? I want to add one too my tank. This is only if it doesn't decimate my macro.

have a long horn cow fish and macro in the sump. amazing fish - so much personality, i know they can be a risk, but he is easily everyones favourite and so friendly.

They should be fine together.

The cowfish may take the occasional nip or two though.
