Cowfish longhorn with ich

I have a 150 gal with only a few fish but a few urchins and snails. My cowfish longhorn, about 4 inches, has ich.

I was trying freshwater dips with methylene blue and formalin but it doesn't seem to help. Up to yesterday he still had a good appetite but he hasn't eaten today.

Hospital tank with copper? Other suggestions. Thanks

copper should do it good in a QT and the meth. blue should help the parasite from getting worse

thanks for the reply but how exactly do you suggest I apply the medications?

QT with copper and occasional dips over the next week or two?

Freshwater dips of salt water?

Yeah, just use copper liquid that is add once daily to weekly and if in the first few days it doesn't act quick enough, then do meth. dips till it gets better.
