Crab hitchicker ID please!

This little guy came in a piece of live rock. He has not caused any problems so far. I have pipefish in the tank with him and I am concerned he might grow into a threat. He is too small and too quick to catch! Please put my fears to rest

I would not be worried. It looks like a Green Porcelain Crab or some type of Porcelain Crab. These are filter feeders. If you look closely you should see them moving their feeder fans in front of their mouth and eyes. The style of the claw also resembles that of a Porcelain Crab.

Filter feeder and harmless. Sanford's right, it's a porcellanid, and it appears to be in the genus Petrolisthes.
