Cracked Magnet

I disassembled my stream 6200's today to clean the calcium off. I noticed that one of the magnets was cracked in 2 places. What would cause this? They have been apart one other time to be cleaned and never dropped since I have owned them. Where can I find a replacement?

Their can be many causes but usually they got too hot during manufacturing, I can send you a new one PM me an address.
