not that big--1500 square feet. The second floor is open and looks over the first floor--called a bungo-loft up here.
The I beams supply support for the second floor which overhangs the kitchen area above

The area directly above is the tank room which I took advantage of having the extra support under it.

the point here was not to hijack the thread but demonstrate that everything in that room has been a deal or bargain of some sort--right down to the live rock in the fuges and sump

Thats alot of steel u could have a dump truck parked over those things!!!! Just think of the size tank you could have, or turn ur first floor into a reef pool and watch it from the loft!
