Crase 2008

what?
still 2 of my old pictures still up there on the new crase flyer?
i thought we had resloved that issiue???? are they in the new calandar ? i sure hope not!
come on now... hasnt there been more then enough new pictures "submitted" to replace my old ones?

PS. if you look close enough you can see the red bugs on my old picture!
and do i mean OLD!!!!!

Sorry Charlie,

I didnt realize any of those images were yours. We have lots we can replace them with. Just let me know which ones were yours and I will have them removed and the flyers redone.

Looks like more than Charlie's pics were used without permission. The 3rd pic on the right of the seahorse is mine. No one asked me to use it for the clubs monetary gain.

I've been out of saltwater for a couple years. That particular horse has been dead at least three. I'm sure there have been other seahorse pictures taken in that time.

I'm not requesting the flyers be redone just because of that picture, but in the future, it would be nice to be asked....

First off- I dont have the poster with me right now so Im not exactly sure which picture(s) you mean. I did ask you to tell me Charlie so that I can remove them for you.

If so I will remove it when I remove Charlies when he lets me know which ones they are.

The flyer discussed is actually poster used in the Library display the Sheryl and Leighanne set up at the Edmond Library in July I believe. Its not a flier as such. It was advertising the CRASE.

It was the poster format we used in 2007 with the dates changed to 2007 and 2008 and the speakers updated.

Charlie had asked previously that we dont use any of the pictures of his, and in a rush to get the poster to Sheryl and Leighanne, I just modified the old poster without thinking.- that was my fault and I apologise for that.

The pictures used around the border are taken from the entries to the Photo of the Month competition submitted by COMAS members. The same photos that people enter to win $25. Both April and Charlie entered the images in the POTM .

We do make it clear that POTM images may be used by the club, the calendar is an example.

With reference to the poster, there was only one made, and that hung for a while at the library and other advertising material the club makes will not have Charlies or Aprils images in them.

Hey Paul,
Feel free to use any picture I submit for the Potm or any I post of my tank on Reef central for that matter to support the club and Crase. I would be honored if a picture I take is used to support a hobby that I love.
