So my clowns are getting close to spawning. The male is picking at the females fins, pushing her around and they are cleaning like crazy. At first I thought my five line had ich, I noticed the tattered fins on the female clown and was worried she was getting ich from the five line. So I Made some coffe and watched the tank for a while. Shes swiming next to a large favia colony kinda beating on the sand. The male is cleaning the rock just next to her, pulling algae off it and spitting it into the water column. The cardinal comes in and starts creeping up on her, moves over her real sneaky and kinda slaps her in the face with his tail, then kicks up the little sand bed shes made. The male then rushes over and beats up the cardinal and he does it all over again a min later. Repeat all day. Its like the card wants in on the action.
