Take a PocketPC and some kind of USB adpater and hook it up to a bunch of Tunze gear ?
I develop software for a living, have a few older HP and Toshiba PPC's I can play with....
*IF* I had the hardware interface I could write a PPC app that could do many functions, send serial commands, log data etc...
has anyone looked at doing this?
most PPC's have a port that is a USB port when you plug in the right adapter, with the storage, touch screen etc... seems well suited to this... and many of them have wireless / 802.11 so they could link up with a pc to allow remote access, data dump, and other stuff....
Tunze staff: any possible support on this idea ?
I think the power supply and plug adapters would still need to be from Tunze, just have a USB / Serial plug and commands to send / recive .... could be a great package I think.
