Crazy Nassarius Snail Pictures

I dont know what possessed my nassarius snails that night, but they were constantly following eachother around getting piggyback rides and moving around the tank in a trail. There was a trail of 4 at one point but I didnt have my camera ready. These guys are crazy:

lol, maybe thats what they were doing, who knows. Actually, I wonder how nassarius snails reproduce? Would it consist of physical contact like that or would they shoot gametes into the water column like stomatellas?

I'm not sure, tbh. Some of my snail species laid eggs on the glass and rocks, others shot sperm/eggs into the water and I never saw my nassarius getting busy...

Well I found this, which makes me think they deposit on the glass, but I cant verify that this video really is of nassarius snails since they are just eggs (but if you look closely you can see a tiny "snorkel" or "trunk" moving):

Nassarius definitely lay eggs on the glass, they don't broadcast spawn like astreas.
