Crinoids

Does anyone think it would be possible to keep a small crinoid in a 28 gallon Nano Cube with a fuge in the overflow chamber and a hob refugium. I know it is highly unadvisable, but I think I am dedicated enough and would like to attemp a challenge. I also culture large amounts of phytoplankton, rotifers, brine shrimp, and willing to culture others to supplementary feed if it helps.. I will wait until my reef is about 1 year old. About 354 days left. LOL. But I want one to house a pair of emperor shrimp (periclimenes imperator) Thanks in advance.

While you're waiting, continue do lots and lots of reading about these beautiful creatures. I'm guessing that after a year of experience, you'll have a better feel for why people will answer your question in the negative. A very few people have had luck keeping these guys for some period of time, but most don't have any idea why. For the rest, however, removal from the ocean is a sentence to a slow death.
