Critter i.d.

Can anyone id these tubeworm-like critters? Friend or foe?

They are on a small easily removable chunk of rock along with about 4 zoas, so if they turn out to be detrimental I can easily remove. They are nowhere else in tank.

Yep, looks like it. I just removed and tossed the rock (only about 3" long)...sorry zoas at least it was only a few.
