Critter ID needed

OK So tanks been going strong for about 3.5 years now and all original inhabitants. I have been seeing a lot of these guys lately. They are about a centimeter long gray and white stripes with a "J" shape to the body.

Thanks guys, i figured they were good. I've recently just seen an increase in their population.
