critter identification 18" long!!!

can you post a picture of his current enclosure so we can give some suggestions? Like the amount of available hidding structures etc.

fascinating information, venwu! A reminder to us all that every creature has its niche and makes a contribution to the whole.

yeah, I can do that. I will take video and move all around so you can see it. Currently I have fist size rock, and a 3" pvc pipe. I piled a cluster of rockwork together. I wish I had a better situation for him. He is lucky anyway. I fed him another frag of xenia last night. It only took between 30 min and 1 hours after lights went off for him to eat it. The lights were on with the xenia in it for approx 3 hours and he did not touch it.

I will update you with video tonight or sat morning early. Got a new baby so things are hetic, but I always try to make time for the reef!

Here is the quarantine tank. I am did a water change last night and will be doing another one tonight. This critter does produce waist as I can see an oil like film on the surface that was not in the tanks previous to the eunicid worm.

I will drop another frag of xenia in tonight. I am certain he will eat. I am going to try getting the feed on video.

Here is his Quarantine 10 Gallon tank with a fluval 104 and a UV light, heater, & air stone. Fluorescent lights are on the side instead of the top. Live rock only includes fist like size.
