Crocea I notice today is not looking good. Looks like the skin is coming away from the shell. Can it be saved?

Hard to say without a picture. When you say the skin is coming away from the shell, can you give a better description?

Ok, here they are.

Unfortunately, your clam looks either dead already or will be dead soon. Usually, when they get to this point, there is no way to reverse it. Problem with clams is that once they look sick, its already too late.

Does he still open and close? If you havent noticed, gently poke a stick and the mantle (skin), very gently. It should slam shut on the stick. If its not responding to touch its already a goner. You want to get it out of your tank ASAP if it is dead. A rotting clam can really do a number on your tank. If you can easily pick it up, take a smell. You will know if its dead.

I never like to just throw them away even if it looks like it wont make it. If its still moving, just leave him in place but keep a good eye on him because IME it probably wont make it another day or two. I dont want to come off negative just trying to tell you like it is.

I see in your gallery you have MH lights so thats definitely a plus because its a Crocea, one of the higher light clams. Have you had him long?

He is now dead. I have 2 2x250 and 2 39w t5 but I have issue with bleaching so the Hqi is on for 4 hours only with a screen to dim it. I had the claim for about 3 weeks.
