crosshatch help

I was told that I should be treating my crosshatch pair with antibiotics b/c they have natural parasites that live in the stomach that will get them sick in the aquarium over time...the only problem is I have NO idea what antibiotics to use or where to get them? they are both eating and look just fine?


also what other medicines are there for common fish diseases? and where can I get them?

What? Ive had a Crosshatch for years, always ate like a pig, no parasites I know of

Steven, let me ask you a tang question. Our LFS has had a very healthy looking Powder Brown for three months. I've been in the store countless times and have been watching him. No ich, eats well, fat and healthy, no wasting. I'm bringing him home on Sunday- treat for ich and/or parasites, or straight into the display tank anfter acclimation?
