Crosshatch Trigger Blind?

I have a female Crosshatch Trigger. She is about 6-7". She was the fish with the most personality in the tank. No one messes with her. She has no external signs of disease or injury. She has been with me for 2 years. About 6 weeks ago we had a power outage in the middle of the day. The lights flashing off startled her and she swam the length of the tank and hit the glass hard. She swam away without issue. 2 weeks ago we have a storm and the lights flash again. She tries to jump but my egg crate top kept her in the tank. Since that day, she hides in the rocks. She moves from area to area. But she is swimming like a drunk and occasionally bumps into stuff. All other fish in the tank are acting normally. There have been no additions to the tank. No water parameters have changed at all. I am not sure what is wrong with her or what I should do. I have just been letting her alone. Any ideas?

I will the next time I get a chance to see her out. I may actually try to get video if she is swimming as opposed to being locked under a ledge
 
this sounds like a blood clot impairing her eyesight and similar functions..... Triggers have a soft head but a hard mouth, so when she hit her head, shes had a bad knock indeed. Is it getting any better since?? Feeding or is she losing weight?

She is definitely blind. I finally got a chance to see her out and swimming. She goes until she bumps the glass and then turns. She was excited by food in the water but could not find any. I am not sure what to do for her at this point
 
Since she's acting hungry, stick feed her until you figure out what to do. If you rub food against her teeth she should bite. Sorry to hear this has happened to her.
 
Right after I last posted I used my long tweezers and kept rubbing a silverside on her mouth until she ate. Man I really hate watching this. But at least she ate something
 
I was able to keep her around for another 3 months. Tonight I had to euthanize my female trigger. She had stopped taking food and was just beating herself up onto the rocks and anything else that got in her way. This was the hardest thing I have had to do in this hobby.

I am really sorry to hear this. 2 years ago when I had my 90g FW tank I had a 12" Albino Tiger Oscar do the same thing except he ran into the sharp end of a piece of driftwood. The first time he poked one eye out. It was all bruised and discolored for at least 3 months. He would hardly eat for the first month, but learned to do without the other eye. About 6 months after this incident I came home to find that he/she had done it a second time except the other eye. I guess something spooked it since he/she was already blind in the one eye and just didn't see the piece of driftwood coming. I should have taken it out after the first incident, but it was my main piece and didn't want to. Had I known what would of happened I would have. I ended up having to euthanize it also with clove oil. He was the biggest ham I've ever had in a fish tank. He would allow me to pet him and actually hold him in the water. I had to feed him first to do this, but it was like a reward for him. He would throw water out of the tank with his dorsal to get me to feed him. I really missed that guy...:( R.I.P. to your crosshatch.
