His body color becomes yellow when he is angry but Normally the body color is not yellow. Is there something wrong?

If its not to late I would hold off on the female till you get the male in the main tank. I had a male and female in a 125 treatment tank and the male beat the crap out of her and she died.
Any type of treatment can have an effect on a fish. I did not notice that with mine. THey would eat like normal during all my treatments. How many days have you been running the Prazi? All other parameters in the QT are good? Was it well established before you added the crosshatch?
