Well, this is my third order (maybe fourth don't remember) and everytime the packing and shipping are simply stellar. No one else comes close the quality you guys provide.

My two gobies and shrimp arrived and looked great and exactly as described.

I had a problem with my order (my fault) and customer service called and rectified the order. Also shipped out on Friday and thought it wouldn't be until Monday!! Much better for me!
