I've had a Prizm skimmer for almost two years and was getting an "OK" or below "OK" skim. Then, I installed a CSS 125 two weeks ago. Microbubbles seem to be the common problem of this skimmer. Lots say this was a waste of money. Others say it's good for the money.
I guess both are true. I mean, it's not a spectacular skimmer. But coming froma Prizm user, this is like supercharging your four cylinder import.
