Cube Master 12G Nano

Does anyone know anything about the 12 gallon nano cube made by Cube Masters being sold on ebay? It looks VERY similar to JBJ Nanos, but costs much less. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this tank.

I just bought one a couple of weeks ago, it really is nice setup for the price. the only thing missing is cooling fan, which i will install in a few days. i filled it up with water to check for leaks, since it was shipped ups. i ran it with both lights on for 10 hrs, water temp went from 78 to 86 during that period. so fans are a must.

The lack of a fan was my big concern. JBJ sells fans made for their nano cube. I wonder if they would fit in the hood of the cube master. One thing that I liked was the glass is thicker than the JBJ.

dont buy JBJ..their warranty sucks and my 12 gallon glass cracked!
I just bought the cubemaster so hopefully it will be better than the JBJ.

When did you buy the JBJ? Supposedly the 2006 model has thicker glass and doesn't have cracking issues.

no its a 2005 model but why would JBJ make such a crappy tank and not stand by their products? This explains why they have only 6 month warrantty.
I had a chance to look at the nanomaster and it looks quite good. I just the 2005 model, the lights are alot weaker but the 2006 (the one I got) has 2 x 18watts with 2 moonlights. The build also looks good too, but then I havent filled the tank yet. Will keep you guys posted.

How long was your 12 setup for before it cracked?

I had it for just under 1 yr. for the JBJ.

and the Cubemaster is doing good. everything is establishing well. I did notice that the pump supplied is no that strong, so an upgrade is a good idea.

how many watts does it come with stock
