cube tank

I am in the designing process of a 48x48x30 cube tank viewable from all 4 sides it will have a center over flow and a sump that will be loacted in the basement it will be lit by 4 400w 20k metal halides and (4or8) 96w pc will start with 4 and see how it looks my main question is your thoughts on a closed loop any other help would be great
