Cucle on flatworms and/or flukes

How long is the cycle of flatworm and / or flukes?

I have got some worms/flukes again and again on a pygoplites although I've medicated with Praziquantel several times.
The Pygoplites is newly imported, maybe 30 days ago.
The Pygo is alone in a QT. I also use TTM.
