Culturing Nerite Snails

Ok snail farmers out there. I have the easy part done. I have the snails. I have lots of eggs. Some appear to be hatched (empty). Is there a desired salinity, temp. etc for the eggs to hatch and are the babies larval, or ready to go to town just like the adults. I have yet to find a baby snail after several months of looking. Eggs near the "hatched" eggs are not disturbed so I am wondering if anything actually hatched.
