Like to know your tank feeding routine.

- What do you feed?
- How much?
- How often?
- tank size?
- Do you night feed?
- Do you spot feed?

Thanks for the feedback.

Flake every other day, frozen on the w/ends. 180 reef. I blanket feed at night for corals about three times a week.

Frozen most every day. Blender mush, mysis, or other prepared concoctions about = 2 cubes. Occassionally nori. This is for a 225g tank w/ 4 tangs, longnose butterfly, blackcap basslet, mystery wrasse, 6 line, pair of perculas, and watchman goby. The mandarin lives off the land.

75g
2 clowns, 2 blue damsels, 3stripe damsel, neon dottyback, Mandarin,

Flake 2x a day - just a little,
spot feed mysis or brine every 3-5 days for corals etc

RBTA - silverside every week and a half or 2

Flakes soaked in vitachem or selcon on an alternating basis 1x/day. nori daily. substitue flake with frozen ~ 1-2x/week.

Sailfin, scopas, 2 clowns, watchman goby, 3 blue/green chromis in a 150g

Flakes and Nori once a day (usually) Frozen 1 or 2 times a week in the evening on top of flake.

I spot feed certain LPS corals and it really helps spurr the growth rate. Mysis, brine, daphnea, shrimp, squid, bloodworms all blended up with garlic guard. Squirt it in there with a turkey baster close to the coral or at night when the sweepers are out!!

Thanks for responding everyone. Here's my routine. Let me know what you think.

I currently have 2 reef tanks. A 120g and a 50g.

Both tanks are full of a mixture of LPS and SPS.

In addition:

The 120g has a large derasa clam (10 - 12 inch),
two RTBA
a yellow tang (medium size)
a Hippo tang (4")
a clown (medium)
a 6 line wrasse (medium)
a copperband butterfly (medium)

The 50g has a medium crocea clam (5 inch)
a scopas tang (medium)
a copperband butterfly (large)
a large maroon clown

I currently feed each tank:
1 - 2 cubes of frozen food daily. The food consist of brine, mysis, Marine cuisine.
Hand feed each RTBA a finger nail size of shrimp once a week.
nori 1 or 2 times weekly.
Night feed each tank a cube of cyclopeze weekly.

These tanks have been up and running for several years. I just feel like I may need to update my feeding routine.

I always say if it is not broke don't try to fix it, but at the same time variety is the spice of life.
