Curly Q anemone

Hardy, sting other things, not a host anemone, not as demanding in terms of light as a host anemone, move around some, can grow rather large (8 inches or so high), originate from Caribbean/gulf of Mexico.

I think it depends on what they are calling a curly Q. I have noticed many LTAs (M. Dorrensis) labeled as curly Q anemones. If that is the case, yes I have one mhat my maroons host in.

I was wondering the same thing, confusion on ID, I've seen LTA's called curlyQ many times.
I think even reefermadness calls them curlyQ LTA's.

These are older pics of my LTA showing corkscrew tents.
LTA is much higher on rocks as this is b4 light upgrade.
It seemed bigger as it was stretching disc to get all the light that it could.
After light upgrade it went down to sand and relaxed, actually looks smaller, but brighter color and surely healthier.
