Hi, I have this fixture. All of the bulbs are practically brand new. Comes with a 10k hqi and 4 actinic t5ho. Maybe a month worth of use on all bulbs.

Has legs, but I kinda rigged em. I don't think they were made for this fixture. Can also be hanged.

$120 I just need to get rid of it. I'm tearing down my tank.

the bulbs alone are worth more than that. No response today, I'm just gonna gut it for ballasts.
