Current T5 vs Chinese led

Looking for input, I have had a 36" current T5 running with ATI bulbs for about 3 months and nothing is growing so I'm thinking about purchasing a Chinese led fixture any ideas or thoughts on why nothing is growing would be great !!

What kind of corals? Some species grow slow. Lots of them take a few months to settle then they grow. Some never grow and its not necessarily your fault. More info would be nice.....

I don't have a lot of corals only about 10 frags, I have a frag of Xenia, GSP, some zoas, purple tip hammer, frogspawn, emerald bubble tip, seasons greeting monti, and red monti and some other sps and I think a favia or war coral

If your tank is less than 18" Deep, Definitely the CUrrent USA T5 is better as far as spread, spectrum, and proven track record of ATI Bulbs. The fixture itself is nice, with its individually contoured reflectors for each bulb and it is fan-cooled. It brings legs as well. Depending on which Chinese led, you may have to hang it, which is another consideration since the Current T5 is ready to go with the legs.

I already have the current T5 fixtures my thinking abut changing because I'm getting a good deal on a Chinese led and also bc I'm not getting any results with this fixture

How long have you had them? Like rovi said sometimes corals take a bit of time before they start growning. Most people with gsp and xenia would be happy they arent growing. Ive had hammers and frogspon that take awile to really start growing. Maybe move them to a different place in the tank. My seasons greeting tool a month before i saw any real growth. Sometimes its like that.

I would be happy if my gsp and Xenia stopped growing. Best thing that happened to me is my gsp is growing over my Xenia. Yay!

Hey jesus if it's the piece of seasons greetings I gave you than yeah patience is key. I have mine under led so maybe the transfer to t5 may have stressed it out some as well. when it was small in my tank it took a while to grow but once it takes off it takes off like wildfire. just make sure you don't move the coral and keep stable parameters
