Current USA 48" 4x65 Fan Questions

Does anyone have a mods for this light fixture for the fan? The fan is some what loud, wondering if anyone has changed this or did a mod on it to silence it a little?

not that fixture, but with my light i just cut the wires, and put in a 4 inch computer fan, dead silent
