Has anyone ordered these? Mine just came in yesterday and they physically looked used. The ends were not white but a dirty yellow/tan color and there was a black mark on one end of each bulb. From testing maybe?

When they were fired up they put out a nice bluish tinted light so Im assuming they are fine.

Thanks for your post, we appreciate the feedback.

The majority of the bulbs we carry will normally be tested at the manufacturers facility before they are shipped to market, this is normally done for quality control.

Depending on the manufacturer the ends will not always be a stark white, but a creamy yellowish tan color ( as you described) the ends will vary in color, this is normal.

thanks Walt. What does the warranty cover? Burnout or spectral decline? I never knew bulbs had a warranty.

Thanks for your reply, the warranty only covers premature burnout, I received some feedback confirmation from Ike at Current USA regarding their bulbs. They test all of the lamps for 10 hours for burn in, the marks you noticed on the sockets were likely just from testing.
