plumed to the sump with a ball valve(better to be safer than sorry:))
sumpside.jpg

now the 2 baffle tanks and the frag tank together. as you can see i did another ball valve from them so i can dial them in like a skimmer, just to the right level.
setup.jpg

from the second baffle bucket i ran it into the frag tank and went down to a T and 2 elbows and encaps. i drilled holes in the T and in the endcaps. i only drilled 2 in the end of the end caps on an ANGLE so i can spin them to change my flow to eather side or up or down. i can have any flow direction i may need!
flow2.jpg

here the surface wile running with no power heads:)

for lighting i used some nova T-5 all in one retros zip tied to some egg crate. i know its cheep put it works and it only uses 56watts for it all!:)

Very nice tank. Do you still like your ocean currents? After seeing your tank I'm thinking of getting two of the oscillator for my back corners.

i love them and going to try to diy something like them with bigger inputs and outputs. just like everything else you need to maintane them so they keep working the right way.

lots of good pics so watch out!

WOW man! I've followed your thread since it started and I must say... GREAT JOB! This is really turning into an outstanding reef tank!

How are you liking the foam/rock combo in the back? Holding up nicely? I'm considering it for the 240 I'm working on. :)

i realy like the foam that i used so much that im going to use the same stuff (cant get it around here any more so i have to orderit online) on my 46 bow that we will put in sea horses in.
its holding up very well i think. even though i didnt use epoxy to seal it it still is holding up :) i see bristle worms making homes in it every night!

those Zoa's are just awesome looking. You will have to let me know if you ever frag them :)
i wish i could ship frags of these all over the world but i just cant run home from work and pack these up and ship them in time during the week. sometimes i wish i could work a diffrent shift so i could do that :)
