I am so mad at CRC right now! I called them at 12:30 pm and the recording comes on . We are helping other customers please leave us a msg...My wife and I headed there today with $400 in our pockets.. drove almost 2 hours to get there... There is another lady waiting the parking lot very upset .. We arrived there at 2:30 pm and the door was locked! no sign no nothing and still the same recording playing.. I know people have emergencies but when you run a business a change in the recording or at-least a sign is in order that late in the day. Its the year 2012 you can remotely change the recording on even a cheap telephone.. This is no way to run a business

I can understand the frustration, but last night's wind storm nearly killed two of their dogs. I definitely understand the frustration as it has happened to me many times on my trips to Edmond. I try to check their Facebook page before heading over myself. Hope it works out on your next trip, it's worth it.

LoL I just noticed my wife was using my reef central account last night. Sorry shes Irish and has a temper. looking through the locked glass door I did notice they seem to have alot in stock lol. I don't do Facebook but my wife does so I guess that's a way to tell if they will be open in the future.

Bill is aware of the issue of not being able to be there at times. Believe me, it pains him.
Keep in mind he's basically a one man show at the moment and he's spread pretty thin on time. He works 7 days a week, which I'm sure none of us do and obviously takes care of more tanks and animals than any of us, so cut him a little slack.

My wife and I have gone back there a few times and even though its a 2 hour drive for us and it is well worth it!
I apologized to bill for the above post and he is VERY knowledgeable and carries great products! :beer: His corals are some of the healthiest and best priced around. I had him check my water and it was way out of whack and he gave me solid advise as to what my tank needed. My tank is now back on track thanks to him and the test kits I purchased from him. He even took time out and showed me how to use the test kits. I kinda lost track of time and my wife left me there but luckily she came back lol! I have been out of the reef hobby for around 8 years and talking with him is very informative. We have been there 3 times total and have been very happy each time we go. Everything we have bought from him is doing extremely well! :smokin:
