Pretty much finished all euro brace are installed and got the final seal layed in Just have to clean up a little bit of silicone. you can see in the pic i broke one of the bottom braces when I was pressing it in place :headwally::headwally::headwally:

That is what im fighting myself with the most. I will have an overflow for sure but as for its location that remains unknown right now. Also I wanted to do a closed loop but the has slowly become just a thought for a couple reasons. 1 dont really wanna drill that many holes and buy that many bulkheads. Also dont really wanna buy another pump and the biggest issue was I could not come up with a good layout for the plumbing LOL. So im going with a diablo 10500 I think it is for my return pump and will end up running 4 jebao wp40's

I believe I would cut some corner pieces for the top euro braces and silicone them underneath to tie the top braces together for extra support.

It has been done!!! I thought the same thing when i was putting it all together. I cut little square pieces and siliconed them underneath to support the corners

Got 160lbs of special grade reef sand in today!!!!

This is a rough fit of the stand I have to finish putting it together in its final place because it will not fit through my doors LOL

No it is not based off the rocketengineers although its very very similar. My friend is a structural engineer and laid the design out for me so I would not need to have a center vertical brace. I have not decided if im doing a show fuge of not yet but for now it will be skinned with a removable panel for access.
