Custom tank manufactuer?

I am in the process of planning and budgeting for a new aquarium and was wondering if there are any custom tank manufacturers with in any kind of close proximity to pittsburgh and if not is there one you guys can recommend? I was hoping for close just to save on shipping but if there aren't any then I'll just have to check out other ones.

Also is there any site that sells quality base rock? I have seen Marco rock but was looking for others to compare.

I think glasscages.com occasionally makes bulk deliveries in the area. They are not local though.

You may want to find out who built Sanjay's tank. He seems to have had a good experience. I think the builder was from somewhere in New York, but I doubt you will find anyone much closer.
