In today's day and age customer service is always someting that I find is lacking in merchants. I have ordered from Premium Aquatics in the past and will always do so after this experience.
I purchased a Current T5 Hood from them and without any hesitation they price matched the same hood at another site without hesitation.
After purchasing the hood I wanted expidited shipping and was called an hour after my order was placed to let me know they could ship it by another carrier cheaper and still get it here at the same time.
Unfortunately the hood got here with a busted bulb, called them to see what I could do, another bulb will be here in two days at no cost.

Talk about some good customer service.
 
Sorry for the damages on the hood when you received it. If there are any other problems you may have just let us know.
