Cool animal, but very specialized care is required. Hopefully you have done your research.

Sorry, I don't have any more for sale.

My original pair died a long time ago. I had a group of 4 I kept from the hatchlings but then I lost them all at around the 6 month mark, shortly after my oldest female laid her first infertile clutch of eggs. I lost my 3 females with about 10 days and the male held on another couple of weeks before he died as well.

I'm not really sure why they died, but I suspect it was related to the addition of some feeder guppies to their diet. I had raised the guppies myself, so I thought they would be copper and disease free. Another cuttle keeper I sold a pair two had a similar thing happen with some cuttlefish when he fed them some feeder fish.

I believe there is a store that sells cuttle eggs. Ny or NJ aquatics or something like that, I don't recall the exact name and unfortunately don't have a link. If you search through the ceph forum I bet you'll find it.

Good luck.

My dwarf cuttles have been pretty busy.

I currently have 8 or 9 baby cuttlefish that are for sale. The babies range in age from earlier today to a little over 2 weeks old. The older ones are eating live mysis, but haven't been weaned to frozen. Newborns tend to fast the first 4 or 5 days, so I can't confirm they're eating until about that time.

I'm looking to get $40 per baby over 2 weeks old, $25 for any under that age.
Species is Sepia Bandensis, there's few articles on the web about them.

Some words of warning, they have a short lifespan (around 8-10 months), the babies are pretty expensive to feed (they need live mysis the first few weeks), they don't play well with others, and are a pretty high bioload for their size.

Newborn, about an hour or so old.

PM me if interested.
I know I'm years late but do you still sell?
