Can be it is just ugly tank stage?
Cyanobacteria, diatoms and dinoflagellates all come in different types but generally they are everywhere and some types need nothing else than the light in your tank to flourish.
An excess of phosphates and or nitrates cause some blooms, then you might see improvement by adding a salt mix that comes with bacteria that process those nutrients. If I see the sand darken, I use this mix for the next water change & the sand clears up again

If the bloom is caused by light only, having a shorter light cycle and or protect the tank from sunlight might help.
To complete rid yourself of all the types at once is hard, specially since not many of us have microscopes so we cannot see specifically if the bloom is of a type that requires light and or nutrients or how many different types is in the aquarium at once.
I have very species specific tanks and have no experience in the critters you've mentioned but definitely look more into what types of clean up crew might help you take care of it so you can find some you like.
I find that super tiny featherworms can help clean out the water column, if you are lucky, your LFS might have some that does not attach to the LR, but rather just make free cocoons. They breed well in aquariums and can be introduced into your tank easily even though you've already set up your live rock.
Good luck
