cyano in refugium?

I have cyano growing in my fuge. I've scraped it off, but it keeps coming back. I've increased the flow and it won't go away. I don't want it to transfer to my DT. I've also added some phosphate sponge media. I don't have an algae problem in the DT - a few diatoms - I added some sand.
Any suggestions to make it go away?

Decrease you flow thru the fuge and add a powerhead in the fuge.

I just use an old penguin powerhead I had laying around.

I have one turbo snail in the refugium. He keeps it spic and span.
