Cyano or Diatoms? Bubbles on rocks.

Tank has been up for 2.5 years, just changed my bulbs, 6x t5ho, replaced some of my biopellets also, but this brown algea doesnt really look like cyano to me...

As you will see in the picture, there are bubbles attached to my rocks!
The koraline is also dying off.

Help me out guys! This stuff is taking over my tank.

Edit: Bubbles only appear 2-3 hours before lights turn down/off.

I was hopeing it wasnt dino. :-/

I guess I need to buy a ph test kit and raise my ph?

Not sure if a blackout is possible with my corals.

Same thing in my tank. I was using bio pellets too. Siphon it out with little water change. It will slowly go away. Are you using GFO. If not run some. How much bio pellets are you using? Adding to much might be cause. I say thats what happen to my tank. Just my opinion........

Yes I recently swapped out my biopellets. This must be the cause. :S

I will be starting a new thread to deal with my confirmed dino.
