cycle is complete, start ghost feeding or re-dose ammonia?

So after what felt like an eternity but was actually only 3 weeks the tank is finally cycled.

I won't be able to make it to the LFS until the weekend. Should I ghost feed the tank to keep the beneficial bacteria alive or should I give it another small dose of pure ammonia to keep them going?

Also if I re-dose it should I do the water change before dosing it, and then again before the addition of the first fish?

Neither, the bacteria will be fine for over a year without additional food (ammonia and nitrites). Adding a food source will only lead to higher nitrates. If your nitrates are over 10 I would make a water change.
