Cycling question

My Tank is one week into cycling, Amm. @ .25, Nitrite @ 2.0, Nitrate @ 4.0.
I have around 55 pounds of Pukani dry rock in there and around 30 pounds of pre-cured Premium Fiji, Do these parameters look OK for this stage? I haven't put anything in there at all. haven't ghost fed or anything. From looking at some of the posts here it looks like it is a very mild cycle so far, I also have some little spots of Diatoms on the sand. no skimmer running yet either.

Looks about correct that the cycle is underway. If you were to ghost feed or add a shrimp (dead), it will help to move along the cycle. Otherwise, just wait it out and it will get cycled.
