So yesterday I filled my tank with Natures Ocean sand and ready Salt water, but my tank is still slightly cloudy from my water hitting the sand the temprature is right is it ok to start the cycling period adding (Dr Tim's one and only) or should I wait till it's totally clear? thanks

You can start now.. Its totally normal for the water to be cloudy like that and will not effect your cycle at all..
It will go away in time..

Agreed, the cloudy water won't effect cycling and should clear-up pretty quickly (24-48 hours, depending on tank size).
