Cyno Bacteria Treatment

Can seahorses tolerate a cyno bacteria treatment? It is starting to form on the sand bed of my tank.

TIA

I used Blue Vet Red Slime Control...yes it did work very well...no one was harmed...but I STRICTLY followed the directions...I now reduce my lighting, perform more water changes and have a super cleaner crew. Cyno will run its course....

have you check your nitrate and phosphate levels? is your flow too low/needs to be redirected? how established is your tank?

also, if you feed frozen mysis, do you rinse it before feeding it out?

before you start dosing your tank, i'd try to find the cause of your cyano bloom and correct that.

Easiest way to get rid of cyano IME is to turn off the light for three days. If it comes back, you have not solved the source of the problem.
